CARE: Hand wash your Tommasomade board with warm water, using soap if necessary. Dry the board thoroughly, and store away from extreme temperatures. Do not soak Tommasomade boards in water, and do not put them in the dishwasher. Occasionally rub with Tommasomade board butter or food-safe mineral oil to keep your board looking its best. To sanitize, you can wash the board with a 1:5 vinegar/water mix.
